My first year

The day after Macey's birth wa anothe BIG day for me. I teach First Holy Communion at church. Th kids around 8 or 9. Sometimes even as your as 7. The day didn't warent ONE picture but it's church, right? I love to see the kids in their white. White tuxs, wite dresses, white candles, white shoes, etc. I wore a blue dress:) As they eccepted the bread they looked up with saucer round eyes. Taking the host for the first time was memerable! I had a small class this year with ony 10 students. I almost cried I was so proud of them. I have been working with them since Sept. They can't miss more than 3 days out of the year! They have to pass of 4 prayers, go to confession for the first time, and know what I'm talking about to pass.  can't wait for next year to come aound. I love the kids and can't imagine having a different set of students. I'll miss them and yet I'm glad to see them go on in their faithful education.
